2. The Vault & AES-256
2. 保险库与加密
Navigate to The Vault. Enter your Electronic Record. This Secure Electronic Record is then sealed locally using AES-256-GCM before transmission.
前往 The Vault (保险库)。输入您的Electronic Record (电子记录)。这份 Secure Electronic Record (安全电子记录) 将在传输前通过 AES-256-GCM 在本地完成加密封存。
3. Maintain Pulse Timer
3. 脉搏维护
Maintain your Pulse Timer (default 30 days). To prove you are "active", you must visit Pulse , enter the Protocol ID and click the Dispatch Signal button before the Pulse Timer expires.

Core Security Questions
核心安全问答
Q1: Can I change my Master Key?
A: No. Because we don't store it, we can't "change" it.
Q2: How can I contact FidePact for technical support?
A: You can visit fidepact.com/contact to reach our Singapore-based Support Team.
Q3: Does the agreement remain valid if I lose my Master Key?
A: Yes. Once initialized, the protocol remains active until manually terminated. The system will continue to monitor your Pulse and trigger the transmission as scheduled, even if you cannot access the content yourself.
Q4: What if I shared the Master Key with my beneficiary but then lost it myself?
A: As long as your beneficiary safely holds the Master Key, they will be able to decrypt and read the information once the protocol is triggered by your silence.
Q5: What if I never shared the Master Key with my beneficiary?
A: They will receive the Secure Electronic Record via email, but without the Master Key, the Secure Electronic Record will remain an unreadable string of characters forever. Action Required: Share your master key offline immediately upon setup. FidePact cannot recover lost master keys.
Q6: Can I update my Secure Electronic Record after the initial setup?
A: Yes. However, Each submission initializes a unique, independent Protocol. FidePact does not overwrite existing data to prevent accidental loss. To update a record, you can initialize a new protocol at any time while your current protocol is active, To ensure your beneficiary receives only the latest version, log in to the fidepact.com/access using your previous Protocol ID to Terminate the obsolete protocol.
Q7: Is the $99 Genesis Slot fee a recurring subscription?
A: No. For the first 1,000 Genesis members, this is a one-time activation fee to secure your lifetime node on the protocol.
Q8: How is the location secured?
A: Our servers are physically located in Singapore, under the world's strictest fiduciary laws.
Q9: What happens if my beneficiary's email address changes?
A: To ensure absolute security and protocol integrity, beneficiary information is hard-coded into each unique Protocol ID at initialization. If you need to update an email address, simply initialize a new protocol at fidepact.com/vault with the updated details, then Terminate the obsolete Protocol ID via the fidepact.com/access Page.
Q10: Can I set a Pulse Timer longer than 30 days?
A: Yes. The system defaults to 30 days, but you can set the Pulse Timer (e.g., 90 days or 365 days) to fit your lifestyle and check-in habits.
Q11: How does FidePact prevent unauthorized access?
A: Since the encryption happens in your local browser, no unencrypted data ever travels over the internet. Even if our servers were compromised, hackers would only find useless encrypted "Ciphertext."
Q12: Will I get a reminder before the Pulse timer expires?
A: If you provided a "Your Email" during setup, our system will send you a reminder. If not, you must manually maintain your pulse timer via fidepact.com/pulse.
Q13: What is a "Protocol ID"?
A: It is the unique identifier for your protocol. It is required to maintain your Pulse Timer on the Pulse page, or to download your Secure Electronic Record and terminate the protocol via the Access Page.
Q14: Is my data stored in the cloud?
A: It is stored in a distributed architecture across secure Singapore-based data centers, ensuring high availability and physical sovereignty.
Q15: If I lose or forget my Master Key, can FidePact recover it?
A: Absolutely not. We operate on a strictly Zero-Knowledge basis. We never store, see, or have any technical means to access your Master Key. Mathematically, it is impossible for us to reset or recover it. The loss of your Master Key results in the permanent and irreversible loss of access to your Secure Electronic Record.
Q16: Is the FidePact protocol legally recognized?
A: FidePact operates as a Blind Fiduciary under the technical and electronic transaction frameworks of Singapore. We provide Mathematical Certainty for the preservation and autonomous transmission of data. While the protocol is an automated execution tool rather than a substitute for legal advice, it serves as a robust Secure Electronic Record that complements and fortifies traditional legacy planning.
Q17: What if I accidentally trigger the protocol?
A: If you fail to maintain the Pulse timer and the Secure Electronic Record is released, The transmission is final, irreversible, and cannot be halted or recalled. FidePact is not liable for premature delivery arising from the user's failure to maintain the Pulse timer. If you wish, you may initialize a new protocol in the Vault .
Q18: How do I verify my authority to maintain the Pulse Timer?
A: Authority is verified by the possession of your unique Protocol ID. If you have opted-in for email reminders, a secondary verification code may be required to affirm your access during a maintenance event.
Q19: Can I use FidePact for crypto private keys?
A: Absolutely. This is one of our primary use cases. Ensure you format the seed phrases clearly in the Electronic Record field before encryption.
Q20: What is the technical foundation of FidePact?
A: FidePact utilizes a distributed node architecture in Singapore, secured by industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption.
Q21: Can I designate multiple beneficiaries?
A: Each Protocol ID supports one primary beneficiary email to ensure point-to-point security. If you wish to designate multiple recipients, you have two professional options:
Option 1: Multi-Protocol Strategy. You can initialize multiple protocols at fidepact.com/vault, assigning a unique Protocol ID and specific content to each beneficiary. This provides maximum privacy and asset isolation.
Option 2: Offline Distribution. After setting up a protocol at fidepact.com/vault, you may share the single Protocol ID and Master Key with a trusted group or legal representative via private, offline channels.
Q22: How does FidePact differ from digital legacy features offered by Big Tech or Private Banks?
A: While major technology ecosystems and financial institutions offer legacy tools, FidePact operates on a different fundamental logic:
• Autonomous vs. Manual: Most traditional solutions require human intervention—such as staff reviewing death certificates. FidePact is autonomous; our "Pulse" system triggers based on mathematical certainty, not administrative approval.
• Blind Fiduciary vs. Custodial: In traditional trust or cloud models, the provider often has technical access to your data metadata. FidePact is a Blind Fiduciary; using Zero-Knowledge AES-256, we are mathematically blinded to your content.
• Permissionless Efficiency: We provide the institutional-grade security of a private trust with the instant, friction-less execution of a digital protocol, operating under the resilient legal framework of Singapore.
