Zero-Knowledge Data Commitment v1.9.5 | Operational Status: SG-ENCRYPT
Privacy Pillars
We only aggregate the metadata strictly required for protocol execution. Nothing more.
Encryption occurs on your device. We store ciphertexts we cannot read.
The Master Key is strictly required for Secure Electronic Record decryption. The User bears the sole obligation to share the Master Key with the designated beneficiary via secure offline channels immediately upon setup. FidePact does not possess, store, or recover the Master Key. Any failure to share or any loss of the Master Key will result in Permanent Secure Electronic Record Oblivion. The User hereby assumes absolute and 100% liability for all resulting losses.
Governance and data isolation compliant with the Republic of Singapore PDPA.
Information We Collect
A. Protocol Identifiers: We collect email addresses (if provided) for Pulse Timer reminders and beneficiary notification to facilitate the protocol's execution.
B. Secure Electronic Record (Encrypted): We hold the AES-256 Secure Electronic Record (Encrypted). This remains an indecipherable "black box" to our infrastructure.
C. Infrastructure Logs: Technical metadata (IP addresses, device types) is processed solely for anti-fraud and protocol integrity verification.
Operational Usage
FidePact strictly prohibits the monetization of user data. Usage is limited to:
- Maintenance of the Pulse Timer Status
- Automated decryption triggering for beneficiaries
- Global Node security and DDoS mitigation
Data Sovereignty
All data is managed via our Singapore operational hub. International transfers are secured with TLS 1.3 and geographic redundancy to ensure 99.99% availability of your legacy assets.
The Zero-Knowledge Execution Barrier
Under Zero-Knowledge architecture, the "Right to Erasure" (Right to be Forgotten) is technically absolute. FidePact maintains no administrative access to the plaintext content of any Secure Electronic Record. Consequently, the User acknowledges that FidePact is mathematically incapable of fulfilling data access or correction requests, as unencrypted data exists exclusively within the User's local environment.
Strict Liability Notice: The Master Key is strictly required for decryption. The User bears the sole obligation to share the Master Key with the designated beneficiary via secure offline channels immediately upon setup. FidePact does not possess, store, or recover the Master Key. There is no administrative override, recovery mechanism, or "reset" function. Any failure to secure the Master Key results in Permanent Secure Electronic Record Oblivion. The User hereby assumes absolute and 100% liability for all resulting losses.
